Consulting
We offer you comprehensive advice throughout your entire project on feasibility, materials and costs.

Design
We would be pleased to take over your existing CAD data.
For laser cuts we require data in .dxf or .dwg format.
For curved components/assemblies we need .stp, .ipt, .iam, .prt, .asm, .x_t.
If no CAD data is available, we can design the components according to your specifications.
With a large scanner we are able to convert flat components or templates made of opaque material into CAD data and then produce laser cuts.

Pressing in / Joining / Riveting
Inserting threads, bolts, nuts and functional/fixing elements into sheets and profiles.
Dimensions depend on the material.
- Inserting bolts/nuts up to 8 mm
- Joining of thin sheets up to 4 mm
- press-fitting of components

Joining sheets:
Clinching / Spot welding
- Different materials and thicknesses can be joined together during clinching..
Clinching is a form-fit, highly stressable connection for sheets and profiles, which is achieved by local cold forming without heat input and without fasteners - With spot welding 2 identical sheets can be inseparably joined together

Set bolts and nuts
Setting of functional and fastening elements of bolts/nuts
Welding on offers advantages for bolts and nuts:
- possible with bent components
- easy to use in places that are difficult to reach

Vibratory grindig
During laser cutting and punching, a burr is created depending on the system and the type and thickness of the material, which can be removed depending on the application.
For smaller mass-produced articles we offer vibratory grinding for rounding. In this process, the parts to be deburred are placed in a container together with grinding wheels. The working container is set in a rotating or oscillating movement. This causes the workpieces and grinding wheels to move relative to each other, which leads to the edges of the workpiece being rounded.
