Webbing reel for SY Sinje

In addition to our customers from industry, trade and the creative scene, we also accept orders for private individuals. 
Often it is then a matter of realising high-quality individual pieces for house and garden or the hobby.

For example, we recently received a request from a sailor to produce a new system on which the webbing of the second anchor can be rolled up. 
By using webbing for the stern anchor, a considerable weight reduction is achieved compared to the chain usually used for anchors. 
It is also easier to store and looks more elegant.
The previous plastic version of the belt retraction system did not look like the rest of the ship and already had one or two defects due to its robust use. When rebuilding the spool, individual design ideas of the owner could be realised. 

Thus the yacht’s logo was integrated into the components several times as a stylistic element. For this we received a dimensioned drawing with logo from the ship owner.
In order to achieve a maximum of corrosion resistance, we lasered the belt holder made of corrosion-resistant V4A stainless steel. 
With the logo, the object of utility is almost transformed into a maritime art object. 

Meanwhile the belt holder is mounted on board the SY Sinje and ready for use at any time.
After use, the webbing can be easily rolled up again cleanly with a standard winch crank.
