m.o.l.i.t.o.r. – perfect match for NaBu Münsterland Nature Reserve Station
molitor for NaBu Münsterland Nature Reserve Station
Founded in 2001, the company realizes exhibitions and art projects in interdisciplinary teams on a variety of topics.
Project teams that are perfectly coordinated with each other develop unusual exhibition concepts from abstract ideas. They carry out feasibility studies and translate thematic aspects with playful interactions and exciting media exhibits – coupled with suitable scenography – into intensely tangible, sensual experiences.
As an intermediary, molitor GmbH also coordinates the trades that are not carried out in-house.
Experiencing nature
The exhibits for the NABU nature conservation station Münsterland in the Haus Heidhorn barrier-free nature experience area represent a recent project. For the nature conservation station in Münster, the aim was to make the outdoor area of the old estate accessible to all visitors. Now guests in wheelchairs, blind and visually impaired visitors, dementia sufferers and families with prams can also enjoy nature at Haus Heidhorn to the full.
Stations to experience nature with and for all senses
Ferrum Lasercut GmbH was also involved. Ferrum Lasercut’s know-how and technical precision was especially desired for the stainless steel constructions of the honeycomb wall in the Münsterland farm garden, the experience stations “Ecosystem Forest & Deadwood”, “Tree Species” and “Animals of the Night”.
From stainless steel -V2A- profiles, tubes and sheets, honeycombs and frames for the adventure stations were laser cut, bent, welded, later powder coated (Neuser GmbH) and – even later and in other trades – provided with wood and electronics by molitor GmbH. The final assembly of the adventure stations on site was carried out by molitor GmbH.
